Stress and Stress- Management

Dr. Nerina Ramlakhan: Tired but wired. How to overcome your sleep problems: the essential sleep toolkit. Souvenir Press.
–> Dr. Ramlakhan is a psychiatrist who worked in clinical psychiatry a long time. Here she developed a sleep toolkit programme that is proven to help and anyone can use. I personally like that the book provides clear hands-on advice and offers essential habits and routines for restorative sleep. All of the tools provided may be adjusted to your own individual lifestyle, your needs and personality.
